Online Coaching
Online coaching is a bit of a buzz theme at the moment. It’s not always fully understood and all coaches offer different things.
Here’s what my online coaching looks like:
An on boarding call where we have an in depth chat to find out what your currently doing, how your training, living, lifestyle factors, nutrition and then discuss where you want to be and how to structure & organise the route forward.
I’ll set you up on my app which we use to track everything from your workouts to your daily habits. It’s a great way to keep you accountable and for us to look at your progress.
Each week you will complete a check in which gives me feedback on how your week has been, what’s been good or things you have struggled with.
I’ll send you a video review of your week and help you put into place any changes, whether that be to your nutrition or to your program, that will help you reach your goals.
You don’t need to be a member of a gym, we can plan workouts but you will need some basic resistance equipment.
Coaching is on a month to month basis and is a 3 month minimum sign up.
Cost: £120 per month
