Now let me tell you what it’s all about.

I am Lauren Estevez and I am a personal trainer with a small studio based in St Leonards in Ringwood, Dorset. I have been a personal trainer for over 14 years and been in the fitness industry since 2006.

I also offer online coaching and training sessions via Facetime or other online meeting platforms.

I love training people 1-1. Its where I feel most at home and I love being able to share all my years of knowledge and experience by helping others achieve their fitness and health goals.

My passion lies in making people stronger & fitter through functional fitness and weight training.

I love using kettlebells and I also love traditional strength training and Crossfit.

The way I train each client is unique to their own goals and we can add in lots of variety depending on the desired outcome.

I track all of your workouts and keep records of everything so we can see how far you’ve come. We even have a client tracker board so you can see your strength gains for different lifts.

I also use an app to help keep you on track when training alone and to give you workout ideas and structure.

My ultimate goal is to provide a uniquely personal and fun gym space where you can be yourself and know you are receiving the best care and advice there is to offer.

About my space

I have a home studio that is fully matted with a soft floor on one half and rubber matt for the weightlifting section.

I have a squat rack in a cage with up to 200kg in plates.

I also have a full dumbbell rack up to 20kg’s and a whole set of American Kettlebells from 10kg’s to 24kgs.

I have a punch bag and boxing pads and gloves, Bulgarian bags, skipping ropes, jump boxes of various height, and a cable machine.

I have off street parking and an emotional support dog (Frankie) should you need it (Boston Terrier who likes to sit on laps).

I also love music so we can curate your own playlists and play the tunes that will get you dancing around the studio and feeling good.
